1. Gather the appointment details
- Property: street address, city, and whether it is residential or commercial.
- Contacts: the buyer’s contact information and the person coordinating property access.
- Timing: preferred appointment windows and the date the buyer needs the report.
- Permission: confirm access with the seller or authorized property representative.

4. Know what your client receives
